Aloha Vegan Protein Products Review

Updated: Oct 6, 2020

USDA Organic, Non-GMO, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Soy Free, Stevia Free, No Sugar Alcohols, Kosher and Vegan - these are all nutrition certifications that Aloha products have! Aloha is a plant based nutrition brand that produces Clean Protein Bars, Powders, and Drinks. I originally found this brand years ago when I first became serious about health and wellness, and seeing the brand's evolution has been inspiring and tasty! Products are shipped to 48 states, and you can choose between a subscription or one time purchase.

Lets start with their protein powder! It has been around for a while with a recently renewed formula. It provides 18 grams of pea and brown rice protein, so it is suitable for vegans, those who are lactose intolerant, or are following a gluten free diet. It is smooth and flavorful, unlike some protein brands that are chalky. Powder flavor options include chocolate and vanilla. I love to have both on hand for different moods and to get creative when making smoothies!

I love the Aloha Protein Drinks for when I am on the go. These drinks will fuel you with Aloha organic, plant based protein powder, MCT oil for extra energy, prebiotics for digestion, and delicious flavors. You don't have to worry about a packet and a shaker bottle because it is already in a convenient carton. The only sweetener is a touch of natural coconut sugar, so it is safe for various diets. Drinks come in Chocolate Sea Salt (my favorite!), Coconut, and Vanilla.

Aloha Protein Bar flavors include Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Fudge Brownie, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Chocolate Mint, Caramel Sea Salt, and Vanilla Almond Crunch. Plus, they are in the cutest colorful packaging to brighten your mood! Conveniently, they have sampler packs so you can try all of the flavors and choose your favorite! I love to keep a sampler on hand for various cravings throughout the day, but my top choices would have to be Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough! All bars are between 200 and 250 calories, and contain 14 grams of protein.

The powder, drinks, and bars are great for pre- or post- workout, or getting you through the afternoon slump! All products are kid friendly, and suitable for vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free diets.

Which product and flavor are you most excited to try?!
