Brussels Spouts... you either love them or hate them! Thankfully, this recipe will satisfy even the pickiest eaters. Roasting brussels sprouts brings out much more flavor than steaming or boiling. The maple balsamic glaze adds a healthy but tasteful twist.

Serves: 6
Ingredients:
2 lbs. brussels sprouts
1/4 Cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. maple syrup
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Directions:
1.) Preheat oven to 425F
2.) Rinse, remove stems and cut brussels sprouts in half.
3.) Combine clean brussels with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
4.) Place on a baking sheet and roast brussels sprouts for 30 minutes, or until desired tenderness and color. Turn over and rotate halfway through to cook evenly.
5.) While brussels sprouts are roasting, combine balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, and olive oil in a sauce pan on medium heat. Cook for about 5 minutes until a glaze forms, stirring throughout.
6.) Pour the maple balsamic glaze over roasted brussels sprouts and toss together until evenly mixed. Add salt and pepper to taste, and enjoy!
